Personal Information means any information related to an individual which is held in a record by Wright Planning.  We are obligated by ASIC to obtain Personal Information in order to provide you with our services or manage our relationship with you.

We may ask you to provide certain details including, for example, your name and contact information, your birth date, your Tax File Number and details concerning your financial status.  This information may be obtained from you verbally or through financial questionnaires.

Generally we will not need to collect Personal Information that is classified as sensitive information (i.e. health information, and information about personal attributes such as, ethnic or racial origin, membership of organisations such as trade unions or religious or political affiliations).  Unless an exception applies, we will obtain your consent before we collect any sensitive information.
